摘要
本文基于社会网络与社会认知理论,探讨了社会网络关系嵌入过度对企业资源获取的影响以及两者之间的中介机制。通过270份调查数据的研究结果发现:社会网络关系嵌入过度对企业资源获取具有显著负向影响,认知偏差和网络锁定在两者之间起中介作用。因此,企业在借助社会网络关系获取资源时,一定要保持社会网络关系嵌入的适度性,将有限的时间和精力聚焦在识别优质资源和有效避免网络锁定上,发挥"关系优势",避免"关系陷阱",从而获取更多的优质资源。
Based on the theory of social network and social cognition, this paper discusses the influence of overembedding of social network on enterprise resource acquisition and the intermediary mechanism between them. The results of 270 survey data show that the overembedding of social network relationships has a significant negative impact on enterprise resource acquisition, and cognitive bias and network locking play an intermediary role between the two. Therefore, when obtaining resources with the help of social network relationships, enterprises must keep the appropriateness of embedding social network relationships, focus their limited time and energy on identifying high-quality resources and effectively avoiding network locking so as to give play to "relational advantages" and avoid the "relationship trap" to obtain more quality resources.
