摘要
文章从研究性教学的内涵意义和实践现状出发,全面归纳了美国、日本及德国等国家在创新型人才培养方面的经验,为我国高等院校创新型人才培养提供了参考与借鉴。
Based on the significance and current status of practice,this article concludes the experiences of innovative talents cultivating in such developed countries as the U. S. A.,Japan and Germany so as to provide references for the cultivating work in universities of China.
