经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫外孕诊断中的价值

The Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫外孕诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析佛山市三水区人民医院2015年5月至2017年5月收治的347例宫外孕患者,其中经阴道超声检查的261例作为观察组,经腹部超声检查的86例作为对照组,比较两组患者超声检查情况。结果:观察组和对照组的阳性检出率分别为91.95%、76.14%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者心管搏动、假孕囊检查情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者附件包块、盆腔积液、胚芽检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫外孕经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,可确保诊断结果的准确性,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 347 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May ~ 2017, including 261 cases of transvaginal ultrasound examination, and 86 cases of transabdominal ultrasonography, were compared with two groups. Results The positive detection rates of the observation group and the control group were 91.95 % and 76.14 %, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups（P 〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in heart beat and pseudo-gestational sac（P 〉0.05）. The rate of attachment mass, pelvic effusion, and germ detection rate in the two groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography of ectopic pregnancy can ensure the accuracy of the diagnosis, and it has important clinical value.
