摘要
水稻中胚轴是胚芽鞘节与胚根着生点之间的部分,中胚轴伸长是直播水稻出苗的重要特征。从遗传背景、直播条件、植物激素、细胞结构、基因定位等方面综述了水稻中胚轴伸长机制的研究进展,为直播稻品种的选育和应用提供参考。
Rice mesocotyl is the stem of a germinating seedling,found below the coleoptile node and above the radical.Mesocotyl elongation is an important trait for seedling emergence in direct-seeding cultivation in rice.The research progresses on the mechanism of mesocotyl elongation in rice were reviewed from the aspects of genetic background,direct-seeding conditions,plant hormones,cell structure and gene mapping,etc.,which would provide references for the breeding and cultivation of direct-seeding rice varieties.
