摘要
以含有Cry2Aa~#的抗螟虫转基因材料B2A68为供体,三系野败型恢复系R299为受体,通过杂交、回交和自交,再结合标记选择,选育出稳定抗虫株系B2A299。对该株系及其杂交组合进行田间螟虫抗性鉴定、产量及主要农艺性状分析,结果显示,B2A299及其杂交组合在田间对稻纵卷叶螟的抗性明显增强;所配组合丰源A/B2A299,综合性状优良,产量较高。B2A299及其杂交组合为抗螟虫育种提供了资源。
B2A68,harboring Cry2Aa^# gene introduced by gene engineering,as insect-resistant donor,and R299,a WA-type restorer line of three-line hybrid rice,as recipient,were crossed,backcrossed and self-pollinated in combination with marker-assisted selection,and B2A299,a stable insect-resistant line,was developed.The improved restorer line and its hybrids were identified on the insect resistance and evaluated on the yield and main agronomic traits in field conditions.The results showed that B2A299 and its hybrids were greatly improved in the resistance to rice leaf rollers in field.Its hybrid Fengyuan A/B2A299 was found to be superior to its counterpart Fengyuan A/R299 and the control hybrid Yueyou 9113 in comprehensive characters and grain yield.The development of the insect-resistant line B2A299 and its hybrids provided good materials for the insect resistance breeding.
