2001-2013年我国麻类作物生产比较优势变化分析

Comparative advantage change of bast fiber crop production in China from 2001 to 2013

为探究我国麻类作物生产变化规律,运用规模比较优势指数、效率比较优势指数、综合比较优势指数等方法,对我国2001-2013年间麻类作物生产比较优势变化趋势进行分析。结果表明,甘肃、陕西、河南、四川、重庆、湖北、安徽、江苏、江西、福建、广西、海南的麻类作物生产规模比较优势指数变化较突出,河南、四川、重庆、湖北、安徽的麻类作物生产效率优势指数变化突出,四川、重庆、湖北、河南、安徽、江西、广西、海南的麻类作物生产综合优势指数变化突出。我国中西部大部分地区规模比较优势指数和综合比较优势指数高于东北部地区。主要粮食作物需求增加,种植面积扩大,导致麻类作物种植规模减小。麻类作物价值得不到重视、加工生产技术低下,导致麻类作物生产效率下降。

In order to explore the change rules of bast fiber crop production in China,we analyzed the comparative advantage change of bast fiber crop production in China from 2001 to 2013 by using scale comparative advantage index,efficiency comparative advantage index and comprehensive comparative advantage index. The results showed that,the regions with prominent change of scale comparative advantage index were Gansu,Shaanxi,Henan,Sichuan,Chongqing,Hubei,Anhui,Jiangsu,Fujian,Guangxi,and Hainan; the regions with prominent change of efficiency comparative advantage index were Henan,Sichuan,Chongqing,Hubei,and Anhui; the regions with prominent change of comprehensive comparative advantage index were Sichuan,Chongqing,Hubei,Henan,Anhui,Jiangxi,Guangxi,and Hainan. The scale comparative advantage index and the comprehensive comparative advantage index were higher in most parts of central and western China than in the northeast. The increasing demand and expanding planting area of main food crops had led to the decrease of planting area of bast fiber crop. And lack of attention and backward production and processing technology had resulted in the decline of production efficiency of bast fiber crop.
