摘要
设计了一种可配置自动化测试系统,目的是简化研制流程、提高研制效率、降低研制成本。针对不同的被测对象,通过采用软硬件重构技术,该系统可以在短期内完成相应测试系统的构建、系统的自检和对接验证测试。系统阐述了系统的软硬件设计方案和典型的硬件设计,所涉及的研制方法可以推广至其他领域。
The design of a configurable automatic test system is described aiming at simplifying the development process,improving the development efficiency and reducing the development cost. Facing to the different objects,the system can be used for building the test system,the self-test of system,and checking of system through the reconfiguration of hardware and software. The hardware design and soft programming,especially the typical hardware design are expounded. The research methods involved can be extended to other fields.
