液液两相法制备纳米钴颗粒的研究

摘要 采用液液两相法制备了纳米钴颗粒,探讨了反应温度,钴液初始浓度,微乳液用量,还原剂用量等工艺条件对纳米颗粒形貌及粒径的影响,并对产品晶体、磁学性质进行了表征。结果表明:采用两相法,成功地制备出了平均粒径为15nm的Co纳米颗粒,其优化条件:温度为55℃,钴液初始浓度为0.12mol/L,微乳液用量为10mL,还原剂用量为1.6 mL。其晶体结构为密排六方结构,饱和磁化强度为89.8emu/g,矫顽力为256.7Oe。 In this paper,liquid-liquid two-phase had been used to prepare cobalt nanoparticles,the influence of the reaction temperature,initial concentration of cobalt ion,the dosage of microemulsion and reducing agent to the nanoparticles morphology and particle size were discussed,and the crystal and magnetic properties of the product had been used to characterize.The results show that the average size of cobalt nanoparticles was 15 nm,and the optimal condition was as following:the reaction temperature was 55 ℃,the initial concentration of cobalt ion was 0.12 mol/L,the dosage of microemulsion and reductant was 10 mL and 1.6 mL,respectively.The crystal structure of the product was close-packed hexagonal,the saturation magnetization intensity of it was 89.8 emu/g,coercive force was 256.7 Oe.
