摘要
活性炭孔隙发达可调,化学稳定性好,吸附能力优异,广泛应用于染料废水的去除。一氧化锰(MnO)热稳定性和化学稳定性良好且易除去,因此可作为模板剂制备多孔炭。本文以非氧化性锰盐热解产生的MnO为模板剂,PVA为碳源制备多孔炭,用酸性红88(AR88)模拟染料废水。实验结果表明吸附量可达3.08mmol/g,准二级动力学和Freundlich等温吸附模型对吸附过程拟合度高。
The activated carbon pore is highly adjustable,with good chemical stability and excellent adsorption capacity.It is widely used in the removal of dye wastewater.The thermal stability and chemical stability of manganese monoxide(MnO)are good and easy to be removed so that porous carbon can be prepared as a template.In this paper,MnO as the template agent produced by the pyrolysis of non-oxidized manganese salt is used to prepare porous carbon for carbon source,the dye wastewater was simulated with acid red 88(AR88).The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity can reach 3.08 mmol/g,the Pseudo-second-order model and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model have high fitting degree of adsorption process.
