ABR处理造纸中段硫酸盐有机废水的研究

摘要 以模拟造纸中段硫酸盐废水为进水,采用ABR经40d完成启动。分别改变反应器温度、HRT、COD/SO_4^(2-)比例,考察反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率影响,为实际工程运行提供参考。试验表明:温度在(30~40)℃范围内变化不影响反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率;HRT在36h时,反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率分别为51.22%、82.21%,低于该值时,反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率迅速降低;COD/SO_4^(2-)为2时,反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率分别为52.00%、83.05%,低于该值时,反应器对COD和SO_4^(2-)的去除率迅速降低。 ABR was used to treat simulate organic wastewater with sulfate,after 40 days,it was started successfully.And then changed the temperature,HRT(hydraulic retention time),the proportion of COD/SO4(2-)separately,investigated the effect to the reactor.It could be used to provide suggestions for the engineering operations.The experimental results show that it would not have effect on removal of COD and SO4(2-)when changed temperature in the range of(3040)℃,When HRT(Hydraulic Retention Time)was 36 h,the removal rate of COD was 51.22% and the SO4(2-)removal rate was 82.21%,and below this value,the removal rate of COD and SO4(2-)was decreased rapidly.When COD/SO4(2-)(the mass ratio of C to S)was 2:1,the removal rate of COD was 52.00% and the SO4(2-)removal rate was 83.05%,and below this value,the removal rate of COD and SO4(2-)was decreased rapidly.
