摘要
分析了当前消防部队在实施灭火救援指挥扁平化模式过程中存在的具体问题,结合实际工作经验,从指挥平台建设、数据库建设、运行机制建设、专业队伍建设和指挥员能力素质建设等方面,提出了改进和加强灭火救援指挥扁平化模式构建的意见和建议。
The author analyzed the specific problems existing in the process of implementing the flattened firefighting and rescue command mode by the fire forces, and combining with practical work experience raised his comments and suggestions to improve and strengthen the mode from the constructions of command platform, database, operation mechanism, professional crews and commander qualities.
