无卤阻燃聚丙烯座椅制品的制备及性能研究

摘要 对无卤阻燃聚丙烯座椅制品的制备进行了研究,采用极限氧指数、UL94垂直燃烧、电子万能测试仪、SBI墙角火燃烧测试系统对其性能进行了表征,结果表明无卤阻燃聚丙烯座椅在燃烧性能和力学性能方面均有明显提高。经测试氧指数32%,垂直燃烧V0级,拉伸强度20.1 MPa,断裂伸长率403.9%,缺口冲击强度19.27 kJ/m_2。按GB 8624—2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》(以下简称GB 8624—2012)标准要求对座椅组件进行全尺寸燃烧性能测试,THR_(5min)为10 mJ,MHR_(max)为135 kW,最大烟密度为20%,满足GB 8624—2012 B1级标准要求。 The preparation of halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene seat products was studied and their performance were characterized by limiting oxygen index, UL94 vertical combustion, electronic universal tester, SBI room corner fire test system. The results showed that both combustion performance and mechanical property of the product herein improved significantly as oxygen index of 32% , vertical combustion of V0 grade, tensile strength of 20.1 MPa, elongation at break of 403.9%, and notched impact strength of 19.27 kJ/m2. The full scale combustion performance of the seat assembly was tested by GB 8624--2012, Classification for Burning Behavior of Building Materials and Products ( hereinafter referred to as GB 8624--2012) and the results met the B1 grade requirements in GB 8624--2012 showing as THR〈5min〉 of 10mJ, MHR〈max〉 of 135 kW, maximum smoke density of 20%.
