根据欧美专家对重庆市消防总队救援人员进行的高空和山地救援技术培训细节,结合国内消防部队实际,在总结经验的基础上,对多种形式消防队伍、应急联动机构和组织在开展绳索救援技术培训工作方面提出了建议。

In accordance with the details of high angle rescue technology training for firefighters of Chongqing Fire Department by European and American experts, and combining with the actual situation of the domestic fire forces, the author raised proposals of developing rope rescue technique training work for various fire services forces, interacting emergency rescue agencies and organizations.
