基于能量法的PEMFC不锈钢双极板成形起皱分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对不锈钢双极板冲压过程中容易起皱的问题,利用能量法原理分析了不锈钢双极板冲压成形过程中起皱缺陷的折皱个数和压边力大小之间的关系,并给出板材临界起皱的条件。通过Dynaform软件分析了双极板在不同压边力条件下的成形过程。数值模拟结果显示,当压边力小于临界压边力时,板材出现了严重的起皱;压边力大于临界值时,起皱缺陷得到明显改善。双极板的冲压实验结果和模拟结果相吻合,结果表明,压边力对双极板成形质量的影响较大,能量法分析能够为压边力的设置提供参考;能量法和数值模拟能够预测和分析双极板的冲压成形情况,为加工出高质量的双极板提供指导。 To solve the problem that the stainless steel bipolar plate wrinkles easily in stamping process, the relationship between the wrinkle number of wrinkle defects and blank holder force of stamping process of stainless steel bipolar plate was analyzed by energy meth- od, and the condition of critical wrinkling of the plate was obtained. The forming process of bipolar plate forming under different blank holder forces was analyzed by Dynaform software. The numerical simulation results show that when the blank holder force is less than the critical blank holder force, the plate wrinkles seriously. When the blank holder force is greater than the critical value, wrinkle defects are significantly improved. The experimental results of bipolar plates are in good agreement with the simulation results. The results show that the blank holder force has a great influence on the forming quality of the bipolar plate, and the energy method can provide a reference for setting of the blank holder force. The energy method and numerical simulation can predict and analyze the stamping forming of bipolar plates and can provide guidance for machining high quality bipolar plates.
