摘要
对Ag-Cu-Sn-In多元金属混合粉末模压成型的压制行为进行试验和仿真研究,分析了摩擦效应对粉末压坯相对密度与压制压力的影响。基于有限元分析和工艺试验结果,建立了一种考虑模具内壁摩擦效应的多元混合金属粉末压制成形非线性压型方程,该方程描述了不同模具摩擦条件下粉末压制相对密度与压制压力之间的关系,为多元金属混合粉末模压成型提供了一种通用的数学模型和相应参数,提高了数值分析的实用性和可靠性。该压型方程为Ag-Cu-Sn-In系多元金属混合粉末的模型成形工艺设计提供了理论依据。
The compaction behavior of Ag-Cu-Sn-In mixed metal powder in die compaction was investigated by experiment and simula- tion, and the friction effect on relative compact density and compaction pressure was analyzed. Based on the finite element analysis and process experiment results, a nonlinear compaction equation considering the die inner wall friction effect for multivariate metal powder was established, which described the relationship between the relative density and compaction pressure for the mixed metal powder under dif- ferent die wall friction conditions. A general mathematical model and corresponding parameters of multivariate mixed metal powder in die compaction were provided to improve the practicability and reliability of numerical simulation of numerical analysis. The compaction equa- tion provides theoretical basis for designing the die compaction process of Ag-Cu-Sn-In mixed metal powder.
