十全大补汤治疗关节置换后隐性失血分析

Analysis of Shiquan Dabu decoction in treating recessive blood loss after joint replacement

目的研究气血双补法及常规方法在老年关节置换后隐性失血纠正中的疗效对比和对患者生活质量的影响。方法将2016年1月~2017年1月于我院骨科进行关节置换手术的患者随机分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规药物纠正患者关节置换后的隐性失血,研究组在给予患者常规药物的基础上加上十全大补汤辅助治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者的出血量和引流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在术后的Hb及膝关节静息痛评分VAS比较方面,术后第1天两组患者比较无明显差异(P>0.05),第10天时研究组Hb显著高于对照组,同时VAS显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十全大补汤可以达到气血双补的作用,纠正隐性失血和改善贫血,提高血液中血红蛋白的含量,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To compare the curative effect of qi and blood double complement and conventional method in the correction of recessive blood loss after senile joint replacement and the influence on quality of life of patients.Methods Patients who underwent joint replacement in the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into study group（n=30） and control group（n=30）. The control group was given conventional drugs to correct the recessive blood loss after joint replacement. The study group was given the Shiquan Dabu decoction adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional drugs. And the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of bleeding and drainage（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative Hb and knee resting pain score VAS on the 1 stday after surgery（P〉0.05）. On the 10 th day after surgery, the Hb in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the VAS in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shiquan Dabu decoction can achieve the effect of qi and blood double-supplement and correct recessive blood loss and improve anemia, which also can increase blood hemoglobin content, and should be further popularized and applied clinically.
