Objective To investigate the application value of LEEP conization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of precursor lesions of cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 70 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of precursor lesions of cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to digital table method, the patients were random Ly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group), with 35 cases in each group. The control group and the experimental group were treated with cold knife conization and LEEP conization respectively. The surgical outcomes of two groups of pa tients were compared and discussed. Results The total cure rate in the control group(77.19%) was significantly lower than that in the experimental group total cure rate of 94.28%(P〈0.05); the cervical recovery time and operation time in the control group were significantly longer than those in the experimental group. The volume of intraoperative bleeding was significantly more than that in the experimental group(P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of precursor lesions of cervical cancer, LEEP conization can significantly shorten the operation time of patients and accelerate the recovery of cervix, which has an excellent healing effect.
