摘要
化工企业检修作业具有环境条件复杂多变,技术性强,风险性大的特点,一旦发生事故,会导致严重的人员伤亡与财产损失。分析了化工检修作业事故产生的原因和检修前开展风险识别的必要性,介绍了预先危险性分析方法,并以废碱焚烧炉为例,讨论了预先危险性分析法在检修作业中的应用。
The overhaul of chemical enterprises is characterized by complex and changeable environmental conditions,strong technical features and high risks. Once there is an accident,serious casualties and property damage may occur. This paper analyzes the causes for accidents in chemical overhaul and the necessity of carrying out risk identification before overhaul. It introduces the method of preliminary hazard analysis. Taking alkali waste incinerator as example,the paper discusses the application of preliminary hazard analysis to the overhaul of the incinerator.
