摘要
基于车身材料数据库平台的车身材料专家选材系统,可以充分发挥车身材料数据库强大的对材料基础性能数据的存贮能力、方便的分类检索能力和计算机的快速计算能力,使其对评价开发车型不同部位的车身材料筛选以及大量数据初始化处理等评价过程的繁琐复杂性变得快捷化与智能化。在已有的车身材料数据库系统的基础上,开发出了基于车身材料选材适用性评价的方法与工作流程,实现了基于车身材料数据库系统的计算机辅助专家选材与评价系统,为材料数据库系统向智能化方向发展进行了有益的尝试。通过专家系统评价得到的可视化与量化结果,可以直观地反映出性能相近或各有优劣的选材方案之间的差异,减少了工程师仅凭经验甄别选材方案时的主观性或盲目性,为车身选材的科学性与合理性提供了有力的技术保障。
The expert material selection evaluation system which is based on the material database can bring database developed in the mass memory and the useful search functions,and can give computer wonderful applications in the super computing power.The old complex process,which is the selection of the evaluating material and mass data initialization and model calculation,becomes shortcut and intelligent.This study is based on the material database system construction,and also the functional module of the material adaptability evaluation method is developed,and the computer aided expert selection evaluation of material based on the material database is produced.This expert system is a beneficial study in the direction of the material database system intelligent development area.The expert evaluation results directly reflect the difference between materials with similar performance or good and bad selection.It is decreased that the subjectivity and blindness which are generated by the engineers when the material selection is only based on their work experience,providing apowerful technical guarantee for the scientificalness and rationality of body selection.
