关于圆弧半径直接测量法的应用与研究 被引量:1

摘要 对于圆心角<180°的圆弧,特别是<30°的圆弧零件,传统的测量圆弧半径的方法是通过测圆法、设计专用量具平台测量法和三坐标测量等方法,必要时需要换算处理,测量误差大。针对上述问题研究设计了一种圆弧半径测量尺(专利号为ZL2014 2 0312792.1),可直接读出圆弧半径值,实现了在线检测和工序间测量,并在生产现场加以实施,为圆弧(含整圆)半径直接测量提供了借鉴。 For arcs with a central angle of less than 180°,especially those with a radius of less than 30°,the radius can not be obtained by measuring the diameter.The traditional method is to measure the radius by means of circle measuring,a special measuring platform designing and coordinate measuring,and if necessary,it needs conversion processing,with large measuring error.To this end,a universal measuring ruler(Patent No.ZL2014201312792.1)is designed.It can be directly read out the arc radius value,realizing online measurement and inter-process measurement.Moreover,it is implemented in the production site.This provides reference for direct measurement of arc radius.
