摘要
以柴油发动机全三维研制为背景,针对发动机装配过程,分析装配流程及信息分类,开展生产流程驱动的执行监控与数据采集技术研究,采用基于条码、RFID及智能终端的信息采集技术实现车间现场多维异构数据的采集。研发发动机装配管理系统平台,实现发动机装配车间现场信息的智能采集与装配执行过程管理与监控。
Aimming at the background of engine digital manufacturing,the assembly process flow is analyzed and multidimensional data is sorted.The technique about execution monitoring and data gathering of assembly process flow is studied.The data acquisition technology based on bar code,RFID and intelligent terminal is used to collect multi-dimensional heterogeneous data in workshop.The assembly process management system platform is developed.So the assembly information is got immediately and the execution status monitoring of assembly process is realized.
