野茉莉嫩枝扦插繁殖试验 被引量:5

摘要 以五盖山野茉莉嫩枝为试验材料,开展扦插基质、扦插时间、植物生长调节剂种类及其浓度对野茉莉嫩枝扦插成活率影响的试验。结果表明:五盖山野茉莉嫩枝扦插在泥炭土:河沙(体积比)=1:1基质中的成活率最高,达95.5%;植物生长调节剂以GGR为最优,用GGR 500 mg·L-1浓度溶液浸泡插穗基部30 min,扦插成活率高达95.5%;扦插时间以6月和10月为最佳,扦插成活率达92.2%以上。 The effects of cuttage mediums and times,types and concentration of growth regulators on survival rates of Styrax japonicus were tested by taking twigs of S. japonicus from Wugaishan of Chenzhou City as test materials. The results showed that the survival rate of S. japonicus was the highest which reached 95% when we used peat soil: sand(1: 1) as the medium; GGR was the best growth regulator and the survival rate reached 95. 5% when 500 mg·L-1 GGR were used to the cuttings for 30 min; June and October was the best time of cuttage propagation,the survival rate of S. japonicus was over 92. 2%.
