摘要
铁道车辆用钩缓装置是车辆系统中最重要的部件之一,全面了解钩缓装置的使用特性、功能原理和维护保养等要求,对确保列车的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。通过应用CAXA实体设计软件,对钩缓装置各零部件进行了三维建模和虚拟装配,利用软件的分解技术生成了模拟爆炸图,形象直观地展示了钩缓装置的结构特点和装配关系,对全面了解其功能原理、使用特性和相互位置关系,进而进行可靠性分析与性能优化提升,创造了极为有利的条件。
The hook sustained device of railway vehicles is one of the most important parts in vehicle system.Comprehensively knowing about the operating characteristic,the function principle and the maintainence is very meaningful for ensuring safe operation of trains.Through using CAXA entity design software,the three dimensional built die and virtual assembly of the parts for hook sustained device are done.Using software of decomposition technology,the simulation explosion figure has generated,visually and directly showing structure features and assembly relationship of hook sustained device.This creates favourable conditions for totally understanding its function principle,and using characteristics and mutual location relationship,and then for reliability analysis and performance optimization upgrading.
