互换装配法解算装配体尺寸链研究 被引量:4

摘要 优质的机器之所以能够正常运转并保证后期零件的加工精度,不仅取决于前期零部件的加工制造精度,还与各零部件在组装时是否处于正确的装配位置有重要关系。达到这一装配位置的常用方法就是采用互换装配法解算装配尺寸链。在互换装配法中,按照适用场合不同,又分为完全互换装配法和大数互换装配法等2种解算方法。通过实例描述了2种算法的解算过程,得出了各零部件实际安装尺寸及上下偏差;同时,按照换算后的尺寸及偏差安装零部件即可达到装配使用要求。通过对比分析,得出了2种算法的特点及适用场合,为选择何种算法更经济实用或能否满足实际加工要求提供了理论依据。 A machine of high quality can run normally and ensure the machining accuracy of late stage parts,not only depending on the accuracy of manufacturing parts in the early stage,but also in correlation with that whether the parts are in the correct assembly position when assembled.The common way to achieve this assembly position is to exchange assembly method to calculate the assembly dimension chain.According to the different application situations,the interchangeable assembly method concludes two methods of the complete interchangeable assembly method and the large number interchangeable assembly method.In this paper,the calculation process of the two algorithms is described through examples,and the actual installation size and the up and down deviation of each component are obtained.At the same time,according to the size and deviation after installation,the assembly requirements can be met.The characteristics and application situations of the two algorithms are obtained by comparison and analysis.This provides a theoretical basis for choosing which algorithm is more economical and practical and can meet the actual processing requirements.
