大型环形结构内外径快速测量技术研究

摘要 大型环形结构在航空航天领域、机械制造领域应用广泛,需求量大。基于CQ52100数控立车,对大型环形结构精确、快速的测量技术展开研究,从大型环形结构的特点、现有测量量具及机械加工变形情况等方面着手,对其测量方式进行详细论述。进一步分析设备的加工范围以及设备改制原理,得到进给量与半径的等量关系,利用等量关系将不可测数据转换为可测数据,实现大型环形结构快速、精确的测量,从而提高产品的安全性及可靠性。实现了测量误差在0.1mm范围内的快速测量,并通过试验数据进行验证,将其累计误差控制在0.1mm范围内。 Large ring structures are widely used in the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics and machinery manufacturing with large demand.Based on CQ52100,the numerical control vertical lathe has studied the accurate and fast measuring technology of large ring structure.It has discussed in detail the way of measurement from the characteristics of large ring structure,the existing measuring gauge and the deformation of mechanical processing.Secondly,the machining range of equipment and equipment reform principle are further analyzed,and the equivalent relationship between the amount of feed and the radius is got.Using the equivalent relationship will transfer non measurable data into measurable data effectively.The large annular structure can be fast and accurately measured and the safety and reliability of the product is ultimately improved.The measurement error is measured rapidly in the range of 0.1 mm,and the cumulative error is controlled in the0.1 mm range by the test data.
