摘要
以就业为导向,从制订专业培养方案、建设实验实训设施、制订技能训练方案与考核标准、编写教材与教学资料、加强双师队伍建设等5个方面对电力专业教学进行改革,培养出适应岗位需求、用人单位满意的合格人才。
Based on employment-orientation,this paper introduces the teaching reform of power-related majors in the aspects of formulating the specialty cultivation programme,building experimental and practical training facilities,drafting skills training schemes and relevant assessment criteria,compiling teaching textbooks as well as teaching materials and strengthening the construction of the double professionally-titled teaching staff,to cultivate qualified personnel who can meet job requirements and are to employers＇ satisfaction.
