摘要
目的观察分析综合护理干预在小儿疝气手术护理中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照试验展开研究,100例疝气手术患儿,将试验对象按不同护理方法分为基础护理组和综合护理组,每组50例,观察护理效果。结果综合护理组患儿下床活动时间和住院时间均短于基础护理组,综合护理组VAS评分明显低于基础护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合护理组并发症发生率低于基础护理组,综合护理组的护理满意度明显高于基础护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理可明显缩短疝气手术患儿的住院时间、减轻疼痛、减少并发症、提高护理满意度,改善预后。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with hernia. Methods A random- ized controlled trial study, 100 cases of children with a hernia operation, test objects according to different nursing methods can be divided into basic nursing and comprehensive nursing group, 50 cases in each group, the nursing effect.
