营养支持治疗应用于重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of nutritional support in severe acute pancreatitis

目的针对重症急性胰腺炎患者恢复过程中施于有效营养支持的具体效果展开分析。方法本次研究共计纳入病例76例(均在本院于2016年2月~2017年8月所接诊病例中随机抽选而来),按照随机分配的方式,38例进行肠内营养支持作为观察组。另外38例患者按照肠外营养治疗的方式进行作为对照组,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果结合治疗结果可以发现,在本次研究中,观察组在并发症发生率上明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在营养支持后,两组患者在血清白蛋白水平以及血淀粉酶、免疫指标等方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症急性胰腺炎患者给予有效肠内营养干预,可针对患者营养状态进行有效改变,帮助患者尽快得到恢复。

Objective To analyze the recovery of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in the process of applying the specific effects on effec- tive nutritional support. Methods This study included 76 cases （all patients were randomly selected and cases in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017）, according to random allocation method, in the group 38 cases, were enteral nutrition support, observation group. The remaining pa- tients need treatment with parenteral nutrition manner, as the control group. To analyze the differences between the two groups. Results The cura- tive effect of the patients with the treatment results cam be found in this study, the incidence of complications in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower In the control group （P 〈 0.05）; after nutritional support in the patients in the two groups, the level of serum albumin, serum amylase and immune index were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis enteral nutrition to pre dry effectively, and can effectively change the nutritional status of patients, help patients as soon as pos- sible to recover.
