责任制整体护理在呼吸内科并发糖尿病护理服务中应用的效果

Effect of holistic nursing with responsibility system in nursing care of diabetes mellitus in respiratory medicine department

目的探究责任制整体护理在呼吸内科并发糖尿病护理服务中应用的效果。方法选取100例呼吸内科并发糖尿病患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予责任制整体护理,对照组给予一般护理,比较两组患者护理后的情绪状态和护理满意度情况。结果护理后观察组患者SAS评分(44.51±4.56)分、SDS(49.75±4.58)分低于对照组(55.82±5.73)分、SDS(55.94±6.07)分,观察组患者情绪状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者非常不满意1例,不满意2例,基本满意10例,满意17例,非常满意20例,满意度为94.00%。对照组非常不满意4例,不满意6例,基本满意8例,满意15例,非常满意17例,满意度为80.00%。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理在呼吸内科并发糖尿病护理服务中取得良好效果,显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,整体上提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect ofholistic nursing care inthe application of diabetes nursing service in respiratory medicine department. Methods The hospital was selected from January 2015 to January 2017, 100 hospitalized patients with respiratory diseases complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 50 cases. The observation group was given the responsi- bility system, the overall care, the control group were given general care, compared the two groups of patients after nursing emotional state and nurs- ing satisfaction. Results After the nursing, the SAS score （44.51~4.56） in the observation group, SDS （49.75~4.58） points were lower than the con- trol group （55.82~5.73） points, SDS （55.94~6.07） points, the emotional state of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The patients in the observation group were very dissatisfied with 1 cases, not satisfied with 2 cases, basic satisfaction with 10 cases, satisfacto- ry with 17 cases, and very satisfied 20 cases. The satisfaction rate was 94.00%. The patients in the control group were very dissatisfied with 4 cases, not satisfied with 6 cases, basic satisfaction with 8 cases, satisfactory with 15 cases, and very satisfied 17 cases. The satisfaction rate was 80.00%. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The responsibility system nursing achieved good results in respiratory medicine of diabetes care, improve patient anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
