慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用宽胸理肺汤结合三子养亲汤治疗的临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy evaluation of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with broad chest lung soup combined with three children

目的研究宽胸理肺汤结合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年12月~2017年12月本院慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者140例,依据治疗用药分为两组,分别接受不同治疗,比较效果。结果观察组治疗后症状积分、生活质量评分以及肺功能指标FEV_1/FVC、FEV_1%预计值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者采用两种中药治疗能够获得更佳效果,可推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guangxilifei decoction combined with Sanzi Yangfu decoction on patients with acute exacer- bation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 140 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. Results The scores of symptom, quality of life and pulmonary function in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with acute ex- acerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） can get better effect and can be popularized with two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.
