直齿锥齿轮的数控铣齿加工研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对以往直齿锥齿轮加工采用刨齿等方法加工精度差、效率低的难题,研究了在凤凰Ⅱ代275HC铣齿机上六轴五联动高精度数控铣削直齿锥齿轮,其加工精度可达GB 11365—1989的5级(相当于AGMA2009的B5级)。采用该方法加工的直齿锥齿轮齿向有一定的鼓形量,改变了以往加工的锥齿轮副接触区沿齿长方向全接触的缺点。研究制定了直齿锥齿标准齿轮的制造流程,使用标准控制齿轮和检验控制齿轮记录直齿锥齿轮的加工状态,并用标准控制齿轮建立CMM数字化检测程序对比检测其余齿轮,以得到批准通过的接触斑点和侧隙,提高了加工精度,保证了不同批次零件加工质量的一致性,并提高了批生产的加工效率。 This paper states the NC milling operation of straight bevel gears on 275 HC Phoenix generation II,a high accuracy gear milling machine with 6-axis and 5-coordinate control.The machining accuracy can reach GB11365-89 grade 45(equals grade B5 in AGMA2009),which have solved the poor accuracy and low efficiency issues done by planing gear machine.Also the lead of straight bevel gears machined in this method has certain crowned,which have overcome the full contact defects of bevel gear secondary contact area in face width direction.This paper also introduces the development of master gear for straight bevel gears,and specifies that the machining status of straight bevel is recorded by master control gears and inspection control gears.Then establish CMM digital inspection programming by master control gears,and inspect other gears for comparison to get the approved contact pattern and backlash.In this way,machining accuracy and efficiency for batch production are both improved.Also the quality consistency for parts in the same batch is guaranteed.
