ZL101铝合金制汽车转向节二次热处理的性能研究

摘要 针对ZL101在一次热处理工艺正常的情况下,铸件检测存在强度合格而延伸率不合格的情况,进行了一次热处理和二次热处理的对比试验研究。在相同的铝液化学成分、精炼效果、铸造机、模具和模穴、热处理设备和工艺条件下,在零件本体上取样检测,研究了一次热处理和二次热处理的性能和显微组织差异,结果表明,二次热处理的屈服和抗拉强度没有明显区别,但延伸率有所提高。 In view of the normal heat treatment process of ZL101,the test of castings is qualified and the elongation is not qualified.A comparison test of first heat treat and re-heat treat is introduced.The two groups of samples are the same metal chemical components,caster,mold and cavity,heat treat equipment and process conditions.By testing pieces from the part,the property and microstructure difference of first heat treat and re-heat treat is mainly studied.The results indicate that re-heat treat yield strength and ultimate tensile strength have no obvious difference,but the elongation rate increases somewhat.
