关于摆动油缸低温泄漏问题的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 从低温适应性、液压系统问题、油缸使用问题和油缸质量问题等方面,分析了摆动油缸低温泄漏的原因,根据故障现象、检测及理论分析,推断摆动油缸低温泄漏的原因为摆动油缸活塞处高压密封失效。针对活塞密封失效的问题,基于实际状况,提出了改变密封结构形式的修复方案,并对修复方案进行了机理分析。在低温箱搭建系统对修复摆动油缸进行模拟加载试验,验证结果表明,修复方案合理有效。为低温区液压系统装备的使用提供了参考。 From hydraulic system running condition,oil cylinder of the low temperature adaptability,the use of cylinder,the quality problem of the cylinder,etc.,the reasons of the oscillating cylinder leaks at low temperature are analyzed.According to the fault phenomena,detection and theoretical analysis,it is deduced that swinging cylinder of the leakage causes of the low temperature high pressure seal failure for the swinging cylinder piston.In view of the problems of piston seal failure,based on the actual situation,the change seal structure solution in the form of repair is proposed,and the mechanism of the repair plan is analyzed.At the same time,in low temperature box the system is built to do simulation loading test verification for repairing the swinging cylinder,and the results show that the repair scheme is reasonable and effective.For low temperature zone using hydraulic system of the equipment used to provide the reference.
