强碱三元采出水硫电子受体微生物系统工艺中试试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对强碱三元采出水,在大庆油田某三元污水处理站开展以BESI微生物一体化反应器为主体工艺的现场试验,期间经历BESI微生物反应器启动阶段,BESI微生物反应器初期运行及生物强化阶段,微生物系统工艺优化调整阶段,微生物系统工艺稳定运行阶段,最终研发了"来水→BESI微生物一体化反应器→高压旋流气浮装置→一级石英砂-磁铁矿双层滤料过滤罐→二级海绿石-磁铁矿双层滤料过滤罐→出水"的工艺技术,实现了强碱三元采出水的有效处理,处理后的水质达到大庆油田含聚污水高渗透层回注水水质指标要求。BESI微生物一体化反应器不同阶段微生物群落发生很大的变化,表现在厌氧段和好氧段微生物群落差异显著,不同生物相中的优势微生物种群稳定,优势菌属明显,采用多级梯度生物工艺是难降解污水处理的首选措施。 In view of strong base ASP flooding produced water characteristics, a field test with BESI microor-ganism integrated reactor as the main process was carried out in an ASP flooding produced water treatment station of Daqing oilfield. The test experienced the following p hases startup of BESI microbial reactor, initial operation and biological enhancement of BESI microbial reactor, process optimization and adjustment of microbial system, stable operation of microbial system. Finally, the technology of influent water-BESI microorganism integrated reac to r-h ig h pressure cyclone floating device - f irs t grade quartz sand -magnetite double layer filter tank -secondary sea green stone-magnet ite double layer filter tan k -e f f lu en t water, was developed, which realized the effective treatment of strong base ASP flooding produced water. The effluent water quality after the treatment reached the standard of high permeable layer reinjection water quality index of Daqing oilfield. In the BESI microorganism integrated reactor, mi-croflora changes a lot at different phases, which mainly reveled as follows: the microflora in anaerobic phase and aerobic phase had significant difference; different biologic facies had stable and obvious dominant microbial popu-lations; multistage gradient biological process was the first choice of hard -d eg rad ab le sewage treatment.
