采用磁障转子的内置式永磁同步电机优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 内置永磁同步电动机是一种广泛应用于各个领域的电机,在初选的电机基础上提出了一种转子带磁障的新结构电机,并给出初始设计和需要优化的多个设计参数。新转子中的磁障能起到聚磁作用,从而使气隙磁密由矩形波改善为阶梯形波。利用田口方法安排正交实验来提高实验效率,对主要的设计参数进行优化。利用有限元方法分析气隙磁密、谐波畸变率,从而验证了新结构转子可以提高气隙磁密基波幅值、降低谐波畸变率。 Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) is widely used in various areas. Proposed a new structure motor with flux-barrier rotor based on the traditional motor,and presented the initial design and the parameters that need to be optimized. The flux barriers in new rotor can converge magnetic flux,thus improves gap flux density from rectangular wave into step wave. Using the Taguchi method to arrange the orthogonal test to improve test efficiency,and optimize the main design parameters. Using the finite element method to analyze the air gap flux density,THD,thus verified the new structure rotor can increase the fundamental amplitude of air gap flux density and reduce THD.
