摘要 本文分析了步进电机在升降速过程中存在的问题以及常用升降速曲线的优缺点,针对步进电机固有运动规律时的速度曲线具有非线性这一特点,采用线性插值法进行线性化,并用非等距插值法求取插值基点。该方法不仅保证在插值基点足够少的条件下满足插值误差的要求,而且改善了步进电机的升降速过程。目前该方法已经用于牙刷植毛机的工作台中,保证毛孔的精确定位,提高牙刷的产量。 XThis paper analyzed the problems existing in the process of speed up and down of step motor and the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used curves. The speed curve is nonlinear,linear interpolation method was used to lonearize. The interpolation point was obtained by non equidistant interpolation method. The method not only guaranteed the interpolation error was satisfied,but also improved the process of step motor speed up and down. At present,this method has been used in the worktable of scouring and dyeing machine to ensure the precise postioning of the pores and increase the output of the toothbrush.
