摘要
有机硅渣浆中含有大量活性态铜,在空气中易自燃,产生强酸和强酸雾,存在严重的安全隐患;若直接排放,则不仅会污染环境,而且会造成含铜资源的浪费。主要从制备方法、工艺流程、反应机理、影响因素等方面对从有机硅渣浆中提取铜的方法进行了介绍。
Organic silicon slag contains a lot of active copper, easy to spontaneous combustion in the air and produce strong acid and acid mist, there are serious safety hazards; If it is directly discharged, it will not only pollute the environment, but also cause waste of copper resources. This paper mainly introduced the method of extracting copper from organic silicon slag from the preparation method, process flow, reaction mechanism and influencing factors.
