研讨式组训法在雷达指挥训练中的运用探索实践

Exploration and Practice on the Application of Discussion Group Training Method in Radar Command Training

研讨式组训法是适应现代战争特点,符合雷达指挥战时训练需求的训练方法。有效实施研讨式组训法必将推动海军雷达兵部队战斗力的不断提高。本文简要介绍了研讨式组训法的实施方法,分析目前实施过程中存在的不足,提出了改进完善研讨式组训法的主要工作。

Discussion group training is to adapt to the characteristics of modern warfare, with training methods training needs of the wartime radar command. The implementation of discussion group training will effectively promote the Navy radar troops fighting continuously improve. This paper briefly introduces the implementation method of discussion group training methods, analyzes of the current problems in the implementation process, puts forward to improve the main work study group training methods.
