摘要
近年来采用PPP模式的高速公路建设项目逐渐增多,高速公路财务评价作为投资项目技术经济可行性评价的重要组成部分,无论是对政府方还是社会资本方都是必要且非常关键的。本文总结分析了PPP项目财务评价与一般高速公路投资项目的主要差异因素,并通过实例对PPP高速公路项目的财务分析与应用进行了详细论述。
In recent years, highway construction projects using the PPP model have gradually increased. Expressway financial evaluation is an important part of the evaluation of the technical and economic feasibility of investment projects. It is necessary and very important for both government and social capital parties. This article summarizes and analyzes the main differences between the financial evaluation of PPP projects and general highway investment projects, and discusses in detail the financial analysis and application of PPP highway projects through examples.
