以习近平为核心的党中央坚持以人为本、心系百姓的鲜明执政理念,对公共消防安全高度关切,对人民群众生命安全高度重视。消防安全工作是经济健康发展、社会安定和谐、人民安居乐业的重要保证。必须在新的起点上推动新时代消防事业创新发展,着力破解体制性、机制性和保障性难题,紧紧围绕确保火灾形势稳定总目标,强化消防基础工作,创新社会消防治理,着力提升人民群众消防安全感,全面提升消防工作社会化水平。

Fire safety work is an important guarantee for healthy economic development, social stability and harmony, and people living and working in peace and contentment. It is necessary to promote the innovation and development of the fire protection industry in the new era with a view to solving the problems of institutional, mechanism, and guarantees, closely focus on ensuring the overall goal of stabilizing the fire situation, intensifying basic fire protection work, innovating social fire control, and focusing on improving people＇s sense of fire safety,and comprehensively improve the socialization of firefighting work.
