基于AHP的河南省土地流转问题评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of Land Transfer in Henan Province Based on AHP

针对河南省农村土地流转过程中出现的问题,本文采用层次分析法,建立了河南省农村土地流转问题评价体系模型,通过赋以对应的指标层的权重构造判断矩阵,利用MATLAB计算矩阵的指标权重,以确定指标的重要性。结果表明:河南省农村土地流转过程中,诸多问题中土地流转机制是影响本省农地流转的关键因素,其次为城乡规划是否合理,再次本省的"非粮化"程度,最后的影响因素为土地产权、社会保障及农业投入。

In order to solve the problems in the process of rural land circulation in Henan Province, this paper uses AHP to establish a Henan rural land circulation problem evaluation system model, and constructs a judgement matrix by assigning the weight of the corresponding index layer, and uses MATLAB to calculate the index weights of the matrix to determine the importance of the indicator. The results show that in the process of rural land transfer in Henan Province, the land transfer mechanism is a key factor affecting the agricultural land circulation in the province, followed by the rationality of urban and rural planning, and the degree of ＂non-grainification＂ in this province. The final influencing factor is land property rights, social security and agricultural investment.
