根据装备保障工作特点,运用管理学理论和方法,构建出装备保障有效性评价指标体系,在此基础上,建立了装备保障有效性判断矩阵。最后,运用模糊综合评价方法对装备保障有效性进行评价,该评价方法对于建制单位改进装备保障工作方法、工作思路具有重要的指导意义。

According to the characteristics of equipment support, the management theory and method is used and the evaluation index system of equipment support effectiveness is constructed, on the basis of which, the judgment matrix of equipment support effectiveness is established. Finally, the evaluation of equipment support effectiveness is carried out by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation method has important guiding significance for the improvement of equipment support methods and working ideas.
