摘要
戈壁沙漠环境下,为减少和预防施工阶段混凝土表面裂纹的出现和后续运营阶段的发展,从调整优化配合比着手,严格控制水胶比和水泥用量,尽量降低用水量、坍落度、砂率,得到理论配合比。通过理论配合比在施工现场使用一段时间的情况下,检测混凝土强度富余量来进一步对理论配合比的优化。并结合工程实践,提出了预防戈壁沙漠地区高性能混凝土开裂的措施,并在实践中验证了其优良性,该研究结果对其它地区也有预防开裂的指导意义。
In Gobi desert environment, in order to reduce and prevent the emergence of concrete surface cracks during the construction phase and its development of follow-up operation stages, the proportion of water and cement and the amount of cement shall be strictly controlled from the point of adjusting and optimizing the mix ratio, so as to minimize the water consumption, slump and sand rate and get the theoretical mix. By using the theoretical mix ratio for a period of time at the construction site, the concrete strength allowance is examined to further optimize the theoretical mix ratio. Combining with engineering practice, measures to prevent cracking of high performance concrete in the Gobi desert area are proposed and its excellence is verified in practice. The results of this study also have guiding significance for prevention of cracking in other areas.
