摘要 本文以勤丰特长隧道施工案例为背景,对超大断面的扁坦公路隧道施工方法进行探讨。介绍了开挖跨度大,扁坦率达到0.68,大跨扁坦隧道与接近卵圆形的高铁隧道在开挖过程中的支护形式与力学特性必然存在巨大差别,且隧道单幅长5480m,进出口设置两个施工工区,单次开挖与支护量较大,工期与工程量都较大,由此合理的施工工序与成熟的施工控制技术,是完成安全施工的关键,同时这也为同类型的隧道施工提供借鉴。 In this paper, the construction method of the super large section of the flat highway tunnel is discussed on the background of the construction case of the Qinfeng special long tunnel. It is introduced that the excavation span is large, flat rate open to 0.68, large span flat tunnel and near oval high-speed railway tunnel must have a great difference in supporting form and mechanical characteristics during excavation. And the single length of the tunnel is 5480 m, and the two construction areas are set up in the import and export. The single excavation and support are large, and the construction period and the amount of the project are large. Therefore, the reasonable construction process and the mature construction control technology are the key to complete the safety construction. At the same time, it also provides reference for the same type of tunnel construction.
