摘要 在实际生产过程中,为了有效开采煤炭资源,同时常因采煤工作面受临近采空区以及掘进过程中发现断层等地质构造的影响,最初所设计的矩形工作面不能满足生产要求。在这种情况下,不等长工作面应运而生。在推进过程中,不等长工作面会出现减架或者加架的情况,这就要求拆除或者增加工作面部分支架及相关设备,保证工作面最大限度的开采煤炭资源及正常回采,此次实践对该种工作面布置方式、综采工艺进行了探索,为后续类似条件下综采工作面开采方式选择提供了一定的借鉴。 In the actual production process, in order to extract coal resources effectively, often due to the influence of faults and other geological structures found in the mining area near the goaf and the excavation process, the rectangular work surface originally designed cannot meet the production requirements. In this case, unequal work surfaces emerged. In the process of advancement, there will be cases where the length of work face will be reduced or increased. This will require dismantling or adding some of the work surface support and related equipment to ensure maximum coal mining and normal mining of the work surface. The layout of the working face and the comprehensive mining technology were explored, which provided a reference for the selection of mining methods for the fully mechanized face under similar conditions.
