摘要
菜子坪特大桥为五线车站桥,全桥三线为支架现浇箱梁。在支架施工中如何保证螺旋管的垂直度、支架材料的有效重复利用和支架的安全快速拆除成了本工程的重难点。为了解决这些重难点,经纬仪观测、钢板后置和整体落架等一系列施工方法成功应用于菜子坪特大桥,为以后类似施工提供借鉴。
The Caiziping Extra-large Bridge is a five-line station bridge, and the third line of the full bridge is a cast-in-place box girder. How to ensure the verticality of the spiral pipe in the construction of the bracket, the effective reuse of the bracket material and the safe and quick building and removing of the bracket has become the difficult points of this project. In order to solve these difficulties, a series of construction methods were successfully applied to the Caiziping Extra-large Bridge, such as theodolite observation, steel plate rear placement and total landing frames, to provide reference for similar construction in the future.
