随着中国改革开放的进一步深入,中国与海外的经济联系更加密切,越来越多的中国建筑企业走出国门,踊跃参与国际工程的竞争,同时,国内项目越来越多地采用国际规则进行招投标、计价,国内企业在获得更多发展机遇的同时,也面临着巨大风险。如何应对海外项目的风险,如何控制风险,本文就次提出反思,并提出对策。

With the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up, China＇s economic links with overseas countries have become closer.More and more Chinese construction companies have stepped out of the country to actively participate in international engineering competition. At the same time, domestic projects are increasingly adopting international rules. With bidding and pricing, domestic companies face great risks while gaining more opportunities for development. How to deal with the risks of overseas projects, how to control risks, this article puts forward reflections and proposes countermeasures.
