摘要
通过对《项目管理》课程教学模式现状分析,结论表明现有的教学内容和教学手段已明显不适应工程应用型人才的培养目标。对此,作者提出了构建基于4D模型的项目管理知识结构体系。这对现有重理论轻实践教学的解决方案是一个重要的突破,为提高学生编制与应用工程技术文件能力水平提供了一个很好的途径。
In this paper,the current status of engineering project management teaching was analyzed. It was found that current engineering project management teaching methods wasn't true of practical talents cultivation target. Therefore,the use of virtual project management with 4D solution was put forward,which was an important breakthrough in the emphasize theory teaching instead of practice teaching solution and provided a very good way to improve the capabilities of the applied talents training's compilation and application.
