引进茄子种质资源产量相关性状的多元统计分析 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】从中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所国家蔬菜种质资源中期库引进66份茄子种质资源,旨在筛选出符合云南地方茄子消费习惯的亲本资源。【方法】对果形、果色、单果重等9个主要形态学性状进行变异度分析、因子分析、相关性分析和聚类分析等多元统计分析。【结果】变异度分析结果表明,9个性状的变异系数(c.v.)为13.46%~35.71%;因子分析得出3个因子,累计贡献率为77.6%;通过相关性分析,有11对性状间呈极显著正相关,4对性状间呈极显著负相关;通过聚类分析将引进的66份资源分成4个类群,第Ⅰ类共有39份材料,第Ⅱ类包括21份材料,第Ⅲ类和第Ⅳ类各包括3份材料。【结论】按照云南当地对茄子的消费习惯,第Ⅰ类材料综合表现优良。本研究为加快种质资源利用和云南省茄子科学育种提供了依据。 【Objective】A total of 66 accessions of eggplant germplasm were introduced from the National Medium-Term Bank of Vegetable Germplasm Resources of the Institute of Vegetable and Flower,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(IVF.CAAS) for screening out the parent resources of the eggplant adapted to Yunnan local consumption habits.【Method】Nine major morphological characters,such as fruit shape,fruit color and single fruit weight were analyzed by variable degree analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.【Result】Results of variation analysis indicated that the variation coefficients of 9 characters were 13.46 %-35.71 %.Factor analysis showed that 9 fruit characters were simplified to 3 main factors and their accumulative contribution rate was 77.60 %,11 pairs of characters had very significant positive correlation between each other and 4 pairs of characters had very significant negative correlation through correlation analysis.66 accessions of germplasm were classified into 4 groups by cluster analysis,and 39 accessions in group I.group II included21 accessions,and group III and IV each included 3 accessions.【Conclusion】According to the local consumption habits of eggplant in Yunnan,the first type of accession was excellent.The results could provide a basis for accelerating the utilization of germplasm resources and scientific breeding of eggplant in Yunnan Province.
