摘要
在分析油气回收系统与燃油加油机油气回收装置工作原理的基础之上,重点研究了油气回收装置对加油机计量性能的影响。并按JJG 443-2015《燃油加油机检定规程》计量性能检定方法,分别针对油气回收装置的真空泵形式选择(变频或普通)、加油枪气液比(A/L)设定以及是否安装油气回收装置等因素对不同加油机进行了数组替代液与实液试验,得出油气回收装置对燃油加油机计量性能没有影响的结论。同时指出,油气回收装置会一定程度上降低加油机现场最大工作流量,加油机制造商在进行流量计选型时应予以考虑。油气回收装置在燃油加油机上的应用无论对于环境保护还是节约油气能源来说都是一种有益的尝试,值得加油机生产厂商进行大范围推广。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the Oil Vapor Recovery Device, this article focused on the influence of the recovery device on the metering performance of the fuel dispensers. And several groups of actual liquid and alternative liquid experiments were carried out, which included the factors of the vacuum pump selection, the gas and liquid ratio (A/L) setting and the installation the recovery device or not, according to the JJG 633-2015 Verifcation regulation of fuel dispensers. It is concluded that the Oil Vapor Recovery Device has little effect on the metering performance of the fuel dispensers. But at the same time, it is also pointed out that the recovery device will reduce the maximum working flowrate of the dispenser to some extent, and manufacturers should consider this when choosing flowmeters. In addition, from the results of the type evaluation test in many years, the Oil Vapor Recovery Device has also no adverse effects on the EMC performance of the fuel dispensers. Therefore, the application of the Oil Vapor Recovery Device on fuel dispensers is a beneficial attempt, either for environmental protection or for saving oil and gas energy, which is worth promoting by a wide range of dispenser manufacturers.
